Characteristics of the goods sold and their price:
- all offered goods are made by hand, or with tools intended for handwork
- these are clothing and fashion accessories made by knitting, crocheting, or shaping FIMO clay
- each product is created individually after the order is placed, so it is necessary to accept that:
* a. there may be minor deviations in color shades compared to the published photos due to currently available input materials (wool, yarn, etc.)
* b. this minor color deviation is not considered a defect and is not subject to complaint
- the stated price for the goods is set as the final price for the condition in which the goods are offered in the e-shop (no additional fees and VAT are charged)
- in the case of a request for a-type or above-standard design exceeding the offered condition of the product, the requested design is first evaluated and the price is agreed with the buyer
Method of transport:
- the place of delivery is possible to all member states of the European Union
- the method of transport is decided individually after the order is placed, based on the requested place of delivery
- the selected method of delivery is then mutually agreed with the ordering party via the e-mail provided by the ordering party
- the price for transport and packaging is determined and stated when ordering the goods
- any higher transport costs than those stated when ordering are paid by the seller
- personal collection is also possible. In this case, postage and packaging are not paid
Payment method:
-payment for goods is possible only by transfer to the seller's account, account no.: 6791982/5500
Personal data protection:
- the seller will not provide the personal data of the customer to anyone else
- personal data is used only for the purpose of making and delivering the order
- no further advertising messages will be sent to the personal data entered, unless the customer explicitly requests it
Conditions for concluding a contract:
- after receiving an order from the e-shop, the customer is contacted within 2 working days at the email address provided with details of the possible delivery and transport date, as all goods are handmade and made to measure
- the delivery date and method of transport are then agreed upon by the customer, who is then asked to credit the payment to the seller's account
- the contract between the seller and the buyer is considered to be bindingly concluded at the moment of receipt of the amount to the specified account
- from this moment on, the seller undertakes to produce and send the ordered goods to the buyer according to the mutually agreed Terms
- the buyer undertakes to take over the ordered goods
Withdrawal from the contract:
- the ordering party may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason and return the goods
- the withdrawal form is delivered together with the goods
- in such a case, only goods that are undamaged can be returned
- if such withdrawal from the contract occurs and the undamaged goods are returned, the seller will return the amount for the price of the goods to the customer back to the account from which it was received (the amount for postage is not refunded)
- the amount for the returned goods is refunded only after receipt and inspection of the returned goods
- the postage for the returned goods is charged to the buyer returning the goods
Complaints:
- a 24-month warranty is provided for the delivered products
- the warranty is valid if the goods are used in accordance with their intended purpose and are properly cared for
- these are consumer goods, therefore wear and tear related to their normal use cannot be claimed
- any claims are resolved individually
Out-of-court dispute resolution
- both parties undertake to primarily resolve any disputes out of court and by mutual agreement
